Incoming Chelsea boss already eyes double PL deal

Brtish media still claims that Chelsea lines up a huge move for Everton duo John Stones and Romelu Lukaku, according to the reports.
Chelsea have been strongly linked with talented centre-back Stones since the last term, during which the club had four offers reaching £37 million rejected by The Toffees. Then-manager Jose Mourinho was believed to be a keen admirer of the Centre-back, believing Stones to be the perfect long-term successor for departing captain John Terry.
Meanwhile, Belgian star Lukaku was earlier part of The Blues setup from 2011, although made just ten league games for the club. After a second term on-loan, the 22-year-old was deemed surplus to requirements at Chelsea and purchased by Everton for £28 million.
Despite this, tBelgian Powerhouse has excelled at Goodison Park, netting 25 goals in all tournaments this campaign.
The Blues Newly appointed manager Antonio Conte will be spending huge during the upcoming window, and rumours continue to circulate regarding potential approaches for Englishman and Lukaku. As with Mourinho, the Italian coach highly rates the 21-year-old star, despite a very inconsistent term, and would believe that an offer of £40 million would entice Everton to sell.
Belgian superstar would be harder to persuade, with the Belgium international wanting to upgrade to Champions League football, something that Conte cannot yet implement.
